With more than 35 years experience in the catering industry we certainly know what makes a good menu and a memorable event and we’ve learnt that the recipe for success comes from unique, interesting and exciting food. We feel strongly that no two clients are the same and neither should their parties be. Therefore our Michelin trained chefs will conjure up an unforgettable menu to suit your event. You can meet with them in person; agree on your favourite dishes, let them recommend something or indeed try something entirely new. We’ll then arrange for tastings before swinging in to action for the final event.
To whet your appetite here are a few sample menus to show you our range of delicious cuisine. And remember we only use fresh, seasonal and, where possible, ingredients produced here in East Anglia.
